The purpose of an internal marketing audit is to review current effort, evaluate these efforts, and make recommendations. We will work closely with the leadership team to ensure a program that aligns with the company's values and goals.   • Prepare initial findings and strategy recommendations

  • Conduct leadership meeting to review findings and elicit final feedback

Support firm materials to build your brand

  • Complete marketing audit report to include recommendations on one- three- and five year strategic marketing priorities and key tactics.

  • If desired, provide a staffing plan, detailed budget, technology and vendor recommendations, and process updates.

  • Present final report and recommendations to leadership team.

  • Present tailored report to marketing staff, if requested.
